Shipping
EKŌ provides nationwide delivery across South Africa. For main cities, delivery takes 3-5 working days from warehouse dispatch. We thoroughly inspect each product and package them with care before it leaves our premises. We do not take responsibility for any loss, damage or delay which are at fault of the courier service.
We are not liable for general wear and tear of the products. Please refer to care instructions under each item.
Please read each item's description thoroughly. All measurements are included. Items sold as a set will be specified.
Returns Policy
If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, returns must be made within 5 working days in exchange of store credit only.
To qualify for a refund, the items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. You will be required to cover the cost of shipping to Kloof, Kwa-Zulu Natal (we will provide details when you submit the return claim).
Once we have received your parcel, it will undergo inspection before granting your store credit voucher.
Gift Vouchers are none refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Regret, we do not accept any cancellations once payment is received and order is processed.
